Artists are invited to submit work in up to two of 15 categories. A non-refundable jury fee of $30 and five images, including one booth shot, are required for each application. The application form is available on Zapp through midnight on January 11, 2019.
Sculptor Denise Greenwood-Loveless has participated in Cottonwood Art Festival since 2011. “This is one of my most favorite shows and they treat the artists like royalty,” says the owner of Art of Greenwood.

Artists have access to discounted hotel rates at a host hotel, 24-hour security and police and free parking. Upon acceptance to the show, booth fees of $475 are due by February 8, 2019. A limited number of double-booths are available for $850 and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Electricity is available for $80 and is also limited. Cottonwood Art Festival began in 1969 and celebrating it’s 49th year in the City of Richardson. Lakeside views, two stages of live music, a food court and children’s arts and craft area enliven the festival.
