Richardson’s Cottonwood Art Festival brings top musical talent to an event known as Texas’ premier art festival. The fall festival, to be held October 3-4, 2015 in Richardson’s Cottonwood Park, will also feature local and regional musicians as they perform classic rock, pop, jazz, soul, and Latin favorites.
